Return & Replacement Policy

At Sathya Paaka, we take great care in preparing and packaging our homemade products. As our items are perishable food products made without preservatives, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of perishable food items, returns are not accepted once delivered. Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours.

However, we offer replacement in the following case:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Damaged Product

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly share:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video (starting from sealed package opening)
  • Photos of the received product

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.


3. Replacement Policy

If we verify that the wrong product was delivered:

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • Replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days after verification.

We do not offer refunds as all products are perishable food items.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


5. Important Notes

  • Minor variation in taste, texture, or color may occur as our products are handmade and free from preservatives.
  • Natural ingredients may vary slightly batch to batch.
  • We recommend consuming products before the mentioned “Best Before” date and storing them as instructed.

6. Food Safety & Compliance

We are a registered food business and have applied for FSSAI certification. Our products are prepared following strict hygiene and safety standards.
